Information you provide
Depending on your enquiry, you may provide your name, travel or check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, company and project information, pickup or location details, driver age for a rental-car request, and information in free-text fields. Please provide only what is relevant. Website forms do not request payment-card details, identity documents or medical histories.
Enquiries and communication
Enquiry forms prepare a message in your browser and open WhatsApp for +421 944 273 937. The generated text is included in the external WhatsApp URL; you then decide whether to send the message in WhatsApp. These forms do not submit enquiries to a Stay Inn website database. Communication through WhatsApp, email or telephone also involves the relevant communication provider and its own privacy practices.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use relevant information to answer enquiries and take steps you request before booking, arrange and administer reservations, communicate with guests and provide requested stay-related services. These activities are based on taking steps before a contract or performing a contract. Invoicing, accounting and other statutory records are processed to meet legal obligations. Necessary guest-service and business records, including handling issues and protecting legitimate business interests, may be processed on the basis of those legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We also use information to respond to privacy requests.
Technical data and embedded videos
The website uses sessionStorage for temporary presentation state, such as a property path, scroll position, selected filter, gallery position and timestamp. It is not used to store enquiry submissions. No active first-party visitor analytics or advertising-tracking cookies were identified in the current application. The website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel or advertising/conversion tracking. Hosting services necessarily handle website requests and related technical information. Pages with embedded YouTube videos may send browser requests and data to YouTube/Google under their privacy practices, including before a visitor starts playback. This is not a claim that third-party services never process technical data.
Who may receive information
Where necessary for your requested accommodation or service, relevant information may be shared with accommodation/property partners or providers helping fulfil the request. Communication and hosting providers also process information within their services. Third-party services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area; their applicable practices should be consulted.
Storage and retention
The website has no online checkout, payment-card processing or enquiry database storage. Enquiry fields are held in browser form state before the WhatsApp message is prepared. Information received through later communication and reservation administration is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal/accounting obligations. The period depends on the record, purpose, reservation and any legal requirements or unresolved issue. The application does not specify a universal retention period or an automatic enquiry-deletion process.
Your choices and rights
Providing enquiry details is your choice, but we may be unable to answer or arrange a requested stay without the necessary information. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing and request data portability.
