There is no single universal cancellation deadline for all Stay Inn reservations.
Direct bookings
The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are communicated with the individual reservation before payment and confirmation. The conditions communicated and accepted for that reservation apply.
Why conditions may differ
Conditions may depend on the property, length of stay, selected rate, group booking, corporate or long stay, and other reservation-specific circumstances. No universal free-cancellation period is established by this policy.
Third-party platform bookings
For a reservation made through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation and payment conditions accepted through that platform apply.
Changing or cancelling a stay
Contact Stay Inn as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We will discuss the request under the agreed conditions for your reservation.
