These terms apply to direct accommodation bookings with Stay Inn s. r. o. Read them together with the specific conditions communicated for your reservation.
Direct reservations
Stay Inn s. r. o. is the contracting accommodation company for direct bookings. The website primarily sends enquiries; it does not provide online checkout or automatic booking confirmation. A direct reservation becomes binding after payment. The specific price, payment conditions and cancellation conditions are communicated for the individual reservation.
Price and payment
The agreed accommodation price includes city tax. Payment arrangements and any reservation-specific requirements are communicated individually. These terms do not impose a universal payment deadline or a fixed security deposit.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Arrival instructions and any individually agreed arrangements are communicated with your reservation.
Guest information and use of the property
Please provide accurate reservation information, including dates and the number of guests, and tell us about relevant changes. Use the accommodation reasonably and respectfully, take care of the property and respect neighbours and other guests. Follow property-specific rules communicated for your stay.
Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their group beyond normal wear and tear. Any deposit or other specific arrangement applies only where agreed for the individual reservation; no fixed damage deposit is established by these terms.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the individual reservation and may vary by property, length of stay, rate, group or corporate arrangement, or other circumstances. The conditions communicated and accepted for that reservation apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Booking platforms and other services
For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, the booking, payment and cancellation conditions accepted through that platform apply. Transport, car rental, spa visits and other stay-related services may be arranged separately where applicable. Their availability, price and applicable provider conditions are confirmed for the particular request; do not assume they are included in the accommodation price.
